1         Y-Books, web store accounting for Yahoo^® Stores, makes the thousands of details of running a store effortless.

5         Create Purchase Orders for out of stock items either to be ‘Drop Shipped’ from your supplier to your customer or by letting the computer examine all of your orders, inventory and inventory rules, group your stock requirements by supplier and recommend the purchase orders it will, at the click of a button, create for you.

6         Receive supplier shipments by barcode and post them directly to the correct customer orders.

7         Invoice newly created ‘Ready To Invoice’ orders brought about by this receipt of inventory.

8         Post your captured credit card funds against your customer orders being shipped.

9         Process freight through your freight carrier software and record your tracking numbers, cost of freight and ship dates.

10      Print ‘Picking Tickets’, ‘Packing Slips’, Invoices and reports when needed.

11      Post your daily sales into the Y-BOOKS Accounting system. View, override and print your daily statistics.

12      Create Supplier bills from their received Purchase Orders and pay them from Accounts Payable.

13      Keep track of your business with ‘Web Store Accounting for Yahoo^® Stores’.
