Exports the selected items from hte Upload Count to the Export table. Any items that violate the active rules will be displayed for your analysis. You can view and make any final revisions before clicking 'Export As'. Checked:Display a list of all validly defined Suppliers in Supplier Master file and filters on selected. UnChecked: Shows only items per UnChecked settings. Grey: Ignores supplier field. This is an english explanation of what you've selected and what you're exporting. It changes as you select option on this screen making it easy to locate what you want. There are certain requirements an item must meet to be sold on your store. You can over-ride these by unchecking them or turning off 'Rules' at the bottom. As you check and uncheck these you'll see your counts change. You can make any temporary revisions to these items in this table and they won't be saved in your permanent inventory. Your selected items are exported in either a CSV (Comma Separated Variables) or XLS (Microsoft Excel) format. Select some or all items and upload their current quantity for Yahoo quantity tracking. Yahoo will display your current available quantity as user purchases decrease them. All 'Add Count' items in the list above will be marked for Upload. You can then select additional batchs of items until you've got them all. Then Export them. How many items have you already marked for upload? If you've selected two of the 10 items above, this button will de-select them and select the remaining eight. UnMark all items above and Clear the 'Upload Count' to the right. This lets you start over. Show only items supplied by the selected supplier which also meet my other criteria. When items are uploaded and when any changes are made to your items (prices, description, grouping, etc) the date is recorded so you can easily upload only those that have changed.
